Anyone paying attention to the headlines would be acutely aware Victoria has been experiencing a rapidly escalating crime problem among #AfricanGangs in general and the Sudanese population in particular.

1.The first one has to do with this #Africangangs issue, which I have been describing as a government fueled racist outbreak. I find it deeply upsetting.
