La défense a demandé le renvoi du procès en raison d'un nouvel élément sur le nombre de jours d'ITT. Le procureur dit que vu la "gravité des faits, il y a de toute façon de quoi juger aujourd'hui". Le tribunal a suivi le procureur.
Le procès a donc lieu.
Les faits se sont produits le 27 mai 2017 entre 1h & 2h du matin. #Elvis rentre d'une soirée alcoolisée, il veut manger avant de rentrer chez lui. Il passe par une sandwicherie, commande & part patienter dehors. Un policier l'arrête & lui dit "contrôle d'identité".
