When dealing with @comcast @xfinity security department you'll be routed to call centers in the Dominican Republic and Costa Rica where you will be asked personal information like social sec number and even debit card numbers #Insecure
If someone attempts to breach your account, you'll be locked out and sent to one of these call centers outside the United States. This means you'll be giving your info to people hired by @comcast @xfinity but not covered by United States law if they steal your information.
For 3 days I have been working to help someone get their @comcast @xfinity account straightened out and repeatedly they wait on the phone for up to 20min to be answered by call centers where language barriers mixed with insecure data have become a problem.
