I am lamentably only able to spend 1 day here @We_Are_Wakanda - but wanted to share my thoughts on the event. I'm very sad that I can't stay for the full event, but work calls tomorrow. This event is incredibly well run, fun for attendees and BLACK AF.
The staff and organizers were a dream to work with prior to arrival and when myself & my panelists arrived, we were greeted, taken to our room to make sure it had everything we needed and able to stay in a stocked green room prior to our panel #Wakandacon
Tickets were $25-$35 (depending on when you bought them) making very accessible for folks to attend, especially folks within a drive from Chicago. Lots of friends of mine decided to come b/c it was an easy trip for them. #Wakandacon
