Thread: Yes, Hillary Should Have Been Prosecuted

1. I don’t generally like quoting rabid #NeverTrumper’s like David French, but as the saying goes, the broken clock tells the right time twice daily.

2. I am in complete agreement with his analysis and conclusions here:

3. Most of you know that I have had a burr under my saddle about Hillary’s email server and the many felonies committed by her and others. In fact, it was the topic that stimulated one of my first-ever threads:

4. As someone who has spent his adult life involved in national security affairs and has held top-level security clearances for decades, I felt it my duty to detail classified info handling procedures, training, and non-disclosure agreements to others without direct knowledge.

5. Because of overt obfuscation by the Clinton campaign and their legacy media allies, most people simply don’t know that Hillary and EVERYONE who had knowledge and/or access to the classified emailson that server are guilty of multiple felonies.

6. And that they knew what they were doing, as well as the consequences of their actions as their signed nondisclosure agreements clearly delineated (life-long obligations, by the way!) It’s as simple as that! On to French’s article from yesterday.

7. The IG report “also describes how the FBI wrestled with the definition of ‘gross negligence’ — concluding that the term encompassed conduct ‘so gross as to almost suggest deliberate intention’ or ‘something that falls just short of being willful.’”

8. He further writes: “After reading the analysis, I just flat-out don’t buy that Hillary’s conduct — and her senior team’s conduct — didn’t meet that standard. The key reason for my skepticism is the nature of the classified information sent and received.”

9. And that’s EXACTLY right! It cannot be underscored enough that she compromised at least 22 Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information/Special Access Program (TS/SCI/SAP) emails, as reported by the former IG for the Intel Community (IC):

10. The bottom line is this: had I or any of my colleagues compromised a SINGLE TS/SCI/SAP email, I would have lost my clearances, been fired from my job, and been indicted, tried, and jailed within a few short months of discovery.

11. As should have happened to Shrillary and all of the rest of the felons walking! I still have faith that justice will be served. Equal justice under the law MUST be served, and these felons made examples of. ///The end.
