.@SenWhitehouse: Before #CitizensUnited, we had bipartisan climate negotiations in the Senate, but since the day it was decided in 2010, no Republican has gotten on a single bill for climate change. That's because of fossil fuel money, and it's why we need the #DISCLOSEAct.
