In order to believe the theory that #CarlosSalinas is a nice man who has been unfairly villianized by the press, we can look past the fact that #RaulSalinas was convicted of murdering his own brother in law, José Francisco Ruiz Massieu, b/c #RaulSalinas was acquitted in 2005.
