At NGN12m, the PDP presidential form is less than half by 3m of what the APC sold its equivalent for in 2015.

Despite the APC recession and inflation, PDP’s presidential form at 12m is now less than a quarter by 7m of what APC is selling its form for in 2019.

If @daily_trust will undertake a comparison of the form prices across both, it will be seen that APC’s weaponisation of poverty agenda, being used to keep poor voters in line behind them is now being used to keep young aspirants not only out of power but entirely out of contest.

It is sad and surprising that in an age of #NotTooYoungToRun, APC has set up another barrier in front of Nigerian Youths via #TooPoorToRun.

These costs are simply outrageous -

House of Assembly - ₦1.1m
House of Rep - ₦3.8m
Senate - ₦8.5m
Governor - ₦22.5m
President - ₦55m.

When I saw the prices, my mind immediately went to @adamugarba who has been all over Nigeria campaigning to replace failed Buhari in 2015.

For one who broke off from his almajiri roots and built himself up, where will my brother now get 55m to even participate in the primaries?

They keep asking young people to wait and gather experience - how will young people gain experience if they’re not even allowed to contest and lose?

I sympathise with young APC aspirants but condemn their wrong choice of party as well as APC’s anti-poor and anti-youth agenda.

For the sake of fairness, here is what PDP sells for:

House of Assembly - ₦600,000
House of Rep - ₦1.5m
Senate - ₦3.5m
Governor - ₦6m
President - ₦12m.

And PDP youths are still agitating that the price can still be further reviewed downwards.

APC should come and learn.

Meanwhile, we should ask how @MBuhari who claimed to have borrowed 27m to purchase forms in 2015 would now be able to buy forms at 55m in 2019.

Such mathematics is impossible except he and his corrupt allies have been helping themselves to the national treasury and stealing.
