5. Tell us something we didn’t already know, Steven! And you’d have gifted us Shrillary and decline with your anti-Trump antics in 2016 if you could have. We’re way ahead of you in analyzing the political landscape and the downward trend over the past few decades!

6. I believe a good argument could be presented that the social decline taking place today no longer can end peacefully. The entire system of public education is quite thoroughly saturated with left-thinking 'educators'. We touched on that yesterday:

7. This is a design that socialist 'useful idiots' have been nurturing for many, many decades. There's nothing new about this. The initiatives were started, at the latest, in the 1930s in America; Progressive SCOTUS Judge Louis Brandeis comes to mind.

8. The Ivory Tower (the cradle of the teaching profession) has been effectively churning out left-thinking leadership since the likes of John Dewey and accelerated by Cloward and Piven.

9. The social dystrophy of the Vietnam era offered lucrative impetus for their efforts.

10. The Left's message...the substance of their agenda...has become systemic; young minds have been distorted to the realty that productivity is required for the lifestyle they consider 'normal' and the means by which that takes place.

11. The essential rudiments of human nature and capitalism are simply not addressed; and to the degree that they are, the notion of individual gain - labeled, 'greed' – is presented as an inexcusable crime in capital success.

12. In short: today's youth simply does not know any better. And they won't till the system collapses. And as long as the goodies produced by capitalism continue at reasonable cost, they won’t be awakened.

13. At the crux of this dilemma lies a root cause you have alluded to: PARENTS. Or, perhaps more correctly, their absence (or dereliction – take your pick).

14. Therein lies the problem today: an ever-expanding generational gap between effective parenting and the tenets by which children were effectively reared in the past, the growing unfamiliarity with those principles, & a complete ignorance of the dismal results in their absence.

15. When we get to the bottom line, within the moral and ethical constructs of a Judeo-Christian culture (which is how the country got started), the youth of today do not KNOW how to BE 'parents'.

16. This is entirely dangerous, indeed, for the preservation of The Republic. We are seeing hopelessness & dismay propagated across the generations – which is exactly what they Left wants! The Millenials succumbing to the siren’s song of socialism is just a symptom. ///The end.
