See, Google is very well positioned in the market. They are tied to the Android phone platform (the only viable option other than @Apple) not to mention "Google it" is synonymous with answering questions. That's whats called massive brand aweness.

Google has prositioned themselves as a utility. Utilities don't need to be fresh or hip. They need to work and work effectively.
Don't get me wrong, Google is into some seemingly spooky 💩, however facts are facts...

Google it.

Facebook and Twitter do not enjoy the same security. They are not utilities, dispite their current popularity.

Both Jack and Mark know this well. Jack and Mark would love nothing more than to have the government step in and erect barriers to entry AKA regulations.

See, right NOW #Facebook and #Twitter are rather popular and are leaders in the social media world... What better time to cement them in?

Especially considering they KNOW they've gotten big, stale and more vulnerable to the next hip, fun, fresh site that could push them into the dust bin with MySpace, world com and all the crazes of yester-year.

Make no mistake, Jack and Mark desperately need regulation to insure their companies viability into perpetuity. At least that's in their minds, 💯.

I have zero doubt of this. The internet is the last frontier for the people... Let's not hand it over to the Leviathan. 🇺🇸
