Sorry I had to shout but I sure didn't hear when I was one of the abled folk. I did what I THOUGHT would help, but in reality, I had to stop going to my favorite events, to protest, to marches because they are NOT ACCESSIBLE to me. #SpoonieChat
a9. Example of when an event is somewhat accessible but the instructions are not so much. I pointed this out and got dragged for it of course. #spooniechat

a9. So being the busy-body that I am, I tried to create an organization to make any event we'd want to attend accessible via digital connection. #spooniechat
a9. The idea was, if for example a protest isn't accessible, then we could attend via a collection of video provided by volunteers. And if there were no volunteers, we could send someone. Then we'd get the video and make it accessible to as many types of disabilities as we can.
a9. I also thought it would be cool if we rated the accessibility of an event, or make it a point to provide a standard list of what made a protest, march, conference or event accessible to all. #spooniechat
a9. So of course, I not only got sick, but also found out when I was better that the process of getting things off the ground was not as accessible as I remember. And being short on funds I had to "back burner" the project. #spooniechat
a9. Link to the idea thread. Which I will continue to pursue when my money is stable. Check the date- in my abled days, even in my 2014 #spoonie days, I could have gotten this idea off the ground by myself in a week.

Friends, Romans, Country ass folks? This week all #myspoons threads will be cross-postedto @WeAreDisabled.
It's a cool project you can learn more about at weatedisabled.wordoress.com -a snapshot of @disabled people's lives & experiences, hosted for a week at a time by various disabled people.
I'm also going to be re-postimg some of my old cancer posts from tinustuff.com.
Damn if coffee doesn’t help me more than hurt. #myspoons
I wonder if getting out of the habit of drinking coffee was a daft choice as a #spoonie with multiple fatigue conditions.
Once my body let me get out of bed today, I figured, let me get coffee while I'm up. And wow.
It didn't fix everything (I’m definitely depressed and need a therapist) but damned if I'm not actually getting things done for the first time in 3 weeks.
