...actually read the memo, she was aware the Immigration Enforcement Agency was attempting to increase enforced returns by 10%. How did she think that was going to happen? Put in some policies & hope for the best? Anyone who has worked in any sort of modern large... 2/x

...organisation would know that that would be broken down into regional targets, team targets, all the way down to individual officials' KPIs, which was, of course, the evidence given to the Select Committee this week.

...that she neither realised that when she asked the IEA to make good on her promise to @theresa_may (that she would increase enforce removals by 10%) that would mean the setting of targets, nor that she saw the memo she was copied into, we still come to the conclusion she... 4/x

...has no idea about how modern workplaces work. So any claim that she is the right person to sort out the problems in the @ukhomeoffice which have led to a #HostileEnvironment for the #WindrushGeneration is quite clearly ridiculous. She has shown herself incapable of... 5/x

...assuming a leadership role in a large bureaucracy, which is what @ukhomeoffice is. Even if she is not dishonest, she has shown herself to be completely incompetent.
