I had been whining to my mom about going to a doctor. She had slid cranberry juice and AZO to me for days instead of taking me into a doctor or the urgent care. Household remedies were being used on a condition that needed antibiotics.

When I was living in South Korea, I was there when they threw out president Park geun-hye. Protests were not every weekend. They were not every Friday. They were every night. This is because, South Koreans are not strangers to a dictatorship. They knew there had to be sacrifice
Protests in the evening would disrupt bus lines in smaller cities. If you tried to get through Seoul, it was near impossible on the weekends because Millions had filled the center of the city. Disruption of life was key.

I live in a developed nation where if power goes out a hospital can not get medicine to its patients. I have an infection. I may have to go across town instead of the kaiser hospital having it dispensed here.

Racists get heated when the see a black person has beat a system they built to keep us down. It makes them infuriated. Best way to anger a racist is to get a degree in something they could never even dream to understand.
I have had multiple people on here be rude. Its Twitter.... but the minute they realize I have two degrees? The nastiness goes through the roof. They literally start saying my degree is brainwashing or believe it was just handed to me because I am black.
