Beto shows up. He goes everywhere in Texas to meet the people of Texas. Has Cruz? No. I made this video for @BetoORourke. Cruz went everywhere in Iowa. He cares about Iowa more than Texas.
Texas is fed up with mean-spirited politicians. Beto O'Rourke is inspiring crowds all over Texas because people know he CARES for them. It's time for new Texas leadership. It's time for Beto O'Rourke as Senator. #TXSen#BetoForTexas#BetoManiaread.bi/2QctM3I
Are you exhausted by divisiveness in public discourse? So is Beto O'Rourke. That's why his campaign is about inclusion & optimism. He will bring all Texans together, whether GOP or Democrat, to find common ground. #TXSen#BetoForTexas#BetoMania
..no man, no matter what office he holds [...] is above the law and that we will continue to pursue the facts and the truth as far as they lead and as high up as they go and there will be justice and accountability and there will be a reckoning.

Everyone is pretty aware that Ted Cruz is a liar but lets point out the lie in something he is talking about lately. Yard signs.
There are not many Cruz yard signs in Texas. They claimed to not have yard signs, to not like yard signs, etc..
Is it true? No.
Here is one excuse:
"I hear that all across the state, and there are a lot of Beto O'Rourke signs that are out there," Cruz replied. "And the reason is they invested big, big dollars early on."
You buy your Beto signs. They aren't free.

Excellent article on @BetoORourke vs @TedCruz. The differences between the two are striking.
Have you ever tried to link to someone else's video on Twitter and it just tweeted a link to that tweet? It's kind of annoying to have to go to another tweet to just watch the video you want to show to someone. Lets fix that.
Embed it.
(How to thread)
Here is an example. Lets say I wanted to share this video. It sort of ruins the experience, doesn't it? It won't let it autoplay and it takes away from the quality of the tweet.
Republicans love to claim that they and their party are not racist and certainly not Nazis.
Everyone knows Trump is racist but I don't have enough tweet characters to get into him.
Let's check out some of the other fine people involved with the GOP this year..
<Thread>
Paul Nehlen is running to replace Speaker Paul Ryan. Nehlen’s too racist for Breitbart, Twitter, and even for Gab, the alt-right Twitter. I didn't even know that was possible.
I like an escalator, because an escalator can never break, it can only become stairs. You would never see an "Escalator Temporarily Out Of Order" sign, just an, "Escalator Temporarily Stairs. Sorry for the convenience. We apologize for the fact that you can still get up there."
"I miss the $2 bill, 'cause I can break a two. $20, no. $10, no. $5, maybe, $2? Oh yeah. What do you need, a one and another one?"
Mitch Hedberg is the source of all of these quotes.

The Texas Attorney General decided to punish 48 gas stations for price gouging during Harvey by only making them pay back, to the state, the gouging and promising to not do it again.
@KenPaxtonTX is so soft on white collar crime that he is actually under indictment. #GOP#lxlege
Price gouging carries civil penalties up to $20,000 for each violation, rising to $250,000 for violations targeting those 65 and older. Thousands of violations. Ken Paxton settled for $0 with them merely paying restitution for the amount gouged.
Wonder if he owns a gas station?

Lets talk about Ted Cruz and campaign finance.
In 2012: when he ran for Senate he claimed to personally loan his campaign $1.3 million by liquidating assets. He actually took loans of $1.1m from Goldman Sachs, where his wife was an exec, and Citigroup.
@tedcruz#txlege
He hid the loans and bragged that his commitment to become a senator led him to sell his assets. FEC unanimously ruled that he violated the law.
Some pictures from today's @BetoORourke town hall in Rosenberg.
It was pretty packed and there were definitely some fired up people there. From the lady shouting yes over and over in the back, to the teenagers running to get pics with him when it was over.
#BetoForTexas
They were registering people to vote. Notice the handwritten sign about the number of campaign finance violations. 🤣
I didn't catch who the people opening for Beto were.
The battle for the Senate is more important than it has ever been. You saw the Supreme court decisions. Imagine Trump and the GOP in overdrive because they can get anything they want crammed through the court. We must do everything we can to defend our future.

We MUST get @BetoORourke elected in Texas. We would be sending gross Trump sycophant, Ted Cruz, home.
Beto is the real deal. He cares about Texas and the US and would defend our country and rights against the nightmare the USA is currently experiencing.
What can you do?

I have a feeling that the vast majority of people on Twitter are not aware of how to take advantage of Twitter's search capabilities. I've had people assume I spent a long time finding something when it took seconds
I'll explain how to use some of options with Twitters search.
Just type it into a search box.
Ever want to find a tweet from someone in particular?
from:username --- for all tweets from that person.
After the username you can enter search terms to get tweets from that person including those words.

There is a huge news story developing now about @TedCruz, @RealDonaldTrump, Cambridge Analytica, The billionaire Mercers, and shady and illegal activities.
It is quite the story and I expect it to get deeper as time passes.
We have been hearing about Cambridge Analytica in the news for awhile. They are a data company. They obtain and go through data to analyze it and find ways to exploit the data to help their customers. Some of those customers were/are Ted Cruz and Donald Trump.
