“Why do men treat women like shit?”
People are asking and so I’m going to tell you.
Because we saw our fathers do this, maybe not to our mothers, but to thousands of other women. we watched our older brothers treat their girl friends like shit.
We stood around with our friends in school and stared at girls, assigning them numbers and deciding if they would be worthy to “allow” us to do them.
Our movies, our TV shows, the ads we watched, the music we listened to, all reinforced this sexualized property concept of girls

Men: why don’t more women come forward after being sexually assaulted?
Also Men: We are going to destroy you career, kill your family, kill you, kill your dog, and burn your house down because you tried to report that you were sexually assaulted.
WTF do you expect?!?
The following questions are irrelevant:
What was she wearing?
Was she drinking?
Was she high?
Was she flirty?
Did she want to kiss?
Did she scream?
Did she fight?
The ONLY thing that matters is:
Did she give consent AND maintain that consent?

I’m a suicide survivor. I have survived multiple attempts, most before I went into treatment, and one due to my mishandling a med change (my fault). Very few people know this, so it will cause a stir in my community, but it’s important for me to tell my story. #SuicidePrevention
I tried twice durning my teens and once in my 30’s. I’m “out of the closet” with my mental health, even talking to my students about it, but I don’t talk about this with anyone. I don’t talk about it because people have zero idea how to respond.

In ancient Egypt there were pharaohs who erased their predecessors from existence by having all evidence of them removed. Faces of statues, carvings on walls, paintings, books, all gone.
I propose that we remove as much evidence of Trumps existence as possible when he’s gone
Historians and teachers will remember. For decades people did not talk about or teach about the 1918 flu epidemic because it was such a horrible memory. Most have long forgotten the meaning of Ring around the Rosey and London Bridge is Falling down. Terrible events are forgotten

I belief the following to be true.
1). The GOP began laying the groundwork for a state strategy to gerrymander the HoR in their favor in the 1980’s google.com/amp/amp.slate.…2) With the GOP playing the long game they slowly took over the vast majority of states and this redistricting in those states. These red states also called for an Article V convention as well.

1/ Things are coming to a head in the next couple weeks. @realDonaldTrump has backroom deals going with more than one dictatorship at this point. Putin, secret meetings with NK, lord knows what else with Turkey and Iran. ICE is arresting people in the street and wants camps.
2/ He’s pushing to end the Russia probe and is making zero effort to protect the 2018 elections. We should assume that means that the Russians are already inside the networks of many states. We have a Pres who freely lies and has a network backing up his lies with fake news.
