This ruling applies to those on EITHER Personal Independence Payment (PIP) with daily living component or Disability Living Allowance (DLA) middle/high care component

They had a policy consultation until August to plan next move.
This consultation has come to the realisation it cannot put new claimants on UC as it would likely bring court action.

#ABTVtoStopBrexit isn't about affecting the balance of power or forcing a General Election. #ABTV is about sending a message to the Tories, and *especially* to Labour that people don't support *any* #Brexit. Not a #HardBrexit, #SoftBrexit, #NoDealBrexit, #Lexit, or *any* Brexit.
The Tory's control more than half of councils, nearly double Labour. Losing control of even half of them is unrealistic, and even if it happened under fixed term government I can all but guarantee it won't result in a General Election.

According to his doctor he is not fit for work. The DWP thinks otherwise though, and since moving him from ESA to #universalcredit 2/13
He has been repeatedly sanctioned for failing his ‘Claimant commitment’ of job-searching for 35 hours per week. 3/13
