(1) This thread shall serve to describe the various actors participating in the #DHS-funded #terror operations, which are coordinated through #ThreatFusionCenters. Federal, State and Local Agencies, in coordination with mercenary organizations & civilians.

(2) These agencies and actors comprise what I refer to as the "National Security Racketeering Network," and are involved in terrorizing individuals & groups the #DeepState has deemed to be threats or "Domestic Terrorists" for profit.

This equates to domestic #WarProfiteering

(3) #NSA #DIA #GIA are remotely & warrantlessly tracking & targeting innocent Americans, via their #Biometric signatures. The positions of US citizens are relayed to #FusionCenters for the sole purpose of harassing anyone on the #DeepState #DOJ #DHS #FBI #JTTF hit-list.

(4) The "targets'" positions are then relayed from #ThreatFusionCenters to street teams, which are tasked to #BattleSwarm the "target" with vehicles (if driving) or with pedestrians (if in a public location).

Let's examine the street-level actors.

(5) Surveillance Role Players: These are civilians who engage in overt public stalking of the "target." They operate in large groups, often dress with similar colors/patterns so they are easily recognizable to the target(s) and each other.

SRPs are usually disgruntled individuals with low self-esteem, who gravitate towards these USGOV-funded #stalking & #harassment jobs b/c they are not qualified to do anything else.

(7) SRPs and other civilians operating in vigilante mobs on the street are run by "Private Intelligence Agencies," which equate to government-funded #terrorist cells.

They operate with zero oversight and have the sole function of destroying the lives of innocent Americans.

(8) In addition to SRPs, Private Intel Agencies utilize illegal immigrants, convicts, criminals, rapists & pedophiles as their standing army. They work hand-in-hand with State & Local LE, #JTTF #FBI & #DHS

The fluid interaction of these groups is facilitated thru #FusionCenters

(9) Additionally, the federal government now funds Fire, Rescue and #EMS personnel in #Stasi-style stalking activities - which are also coordinated through Regional #ThreatFusionCenters.

They are referred to as "Terrorism Liaison Officers" or TLOs

(10) When a "target" goes shopping (for example), he/she will be swarmed by Surveillance Role Players as either (or both) Law Enforcement and Fire Personnel arrive at the supermarket to maintain an overt presence to intimidate the soft target.

(11) These types of acts occur on a daily basis for anyone who has been blacklisted by the #DeepState

Now imagine that at the same time, you r being followed home on a daily basis, your vehicle is vandalized, mail stolen & all on-line accounts hacked - in addition to break-ins

(12) #FBI #DHS #JTTF are engaged in #terrorism. Plain and simple. They orchestrate the violence, the hate crimes, and the stalking.

It is a multi-billion dollar #racketeering operation which is bleeding the countries money away as these agencies are targeting patriots.

(13) The federal government has trained and funded firefighters and #EMS personnel to enagage in massive nation-wide "Domestic Defense" operations which constitute #terrorism, human rights violations and crimes against humanity.

We need a #Nuremberg 2 trial for these #terrorists

(14) Neither one's uniform nor duty-description make a "hero." Intent and behavior do.

Anyone involved in the sick acts of terrorism perpetrated through #ThreatFusionCenters is a traitor and terrorist and deserves to be prosecuted.

(15) It is important to note that all major police departments in the US have "Law Enforcement Intelligence Units" or LEIUs. These shady groups also operate w/ zero oversight and many are engaged in illegal communications interception via cellphone tower spoofing devices such as

Now if this is not bad enough, State and Local LE and #JTTF will visit the neighborhoods in which "targets" live, the houses of worship they attend, and the stores in which they shop - and they destroy their reputations with grotesque allegations.

(17) The #Stasi referred to this as #Zersetzung. It is the "Social Deconstruction" (AKA destruction) of every aspect of an individual's life. They will approach a "target's" family, friends & co-workers & spew disgusting allegations borne of demented minds (these are sick people)

(18) Once again, to reiterate, the coordination bases for these activities are #DHS-funded #ThreatFusionCenters.

The goal is to destroy the "target's" health, family, reputation, finances and future.

(19) @SecNielsen Imagine being targeted every day of your life by the same type of scum that attacked you. It is a terrible experience.

Now imagine that elements in your government were funding and sanctioning such acts - and using #FusionCenters to perpetrate these crimes.
