I've seen a few tweets recently from #AntiBrexit campaigners feeling a little on the down side... A little fatigued and weary of this big battle we are fighting. #FBPE #ABTV

I have been feeling it too. First of all I want to say very emphatically that it's OK to feel this way. Any feelings about being one of ca 20m people sidelined, abused, denied and rejected are totally valid. #FBPE #ABTV

This is an important point. We're not just "moaning". We have been systematically marginalised and silenced. It's no small thing. #ABTV #FBPE

If you, like me, have been struggling with this lately I just want to reach out and say: It's OK. You are not alone. We are in this together. #ABTV #FBPE #WATON

Take some time for some self care. A day off Twitter perhaps. Try and find one of those "perfect" moments when you can lose yourself in the simplicity of enjoying a good cup of coffee...

...a warm hug with someone you care about, the feeling of the sun on your face and letting the feeling of spring fill your lungs... curling up on the sofa with your favourite book and a cup of tea...

I say this because I'm acutely aware of the world outside #brexit... Syria, Myanmar, Gaza... Life is short. We should embrace these perfect mini-moments when we can.

We still need to fight the rise of fascism in the UK, but we are better fighters if we're rested and our heads are in the right place. Maybe I'm just rambling now but this has been weighing on my mind for a while. Feels good to purge it from my head.
