I'll repost this to the war room (it's slow - many houses not in session currently) but the #Kochs have literally spent decades moving states (all of them) politicians to the red. 1/

That part I have seen in writing - plenty of articles cover their astroturfers and their disbursal centers (whatever they're called - technical issues today, sorry - Rachel Maddow has covered the later as well as their mobile units) 2/

The idea is - you don't just dive into a hornets nest to swap out the queen - you gently smoke the hive and work your way in. If you look at state republican trifectas (ballotopedia) you'll see just how much crimson jam they've spread on the America they see as toast. 3/

It makes it much easier to use the #ALEC copy machine if all of the copy recipients are your bought and paid for lackeys. 4/

Which I might add lends a HUGE amount of reason for midterms and ALL elections for ANY seat to be flipped. They're running the map red and using it tighten the noose (something I have not seen specifically written - but it only makes sense?) 5/

So the more power they lose at state level - any seat - the more blue there is to raise a hand and say "whoa - hang on a minute with that red koolaid a minute!" 6/

This is also why I've been dedicating more and more of my time to pushing @jennycohn1 's message. I mean read what I just wrote, plus what you just posted, PLUS - hackable voting machines all over the place and growing? 7/

It's like an invasion and we just figured it out with our last 8 or so ppl out of 50 -- and it scares the living hell out of me for a lot of reasons but most of all because how hard will it be for them to pull off a #ConCon once every state has it's very own Ryan, McConnel & Cruz

In summary - power at state level is worth holding on to and spreading for them because it's the key to all power - nobody to oppose your fed level RMC team.

Makes me want to vomit thinking all of this could have been avoided if we'd been on it years ago attacking at just the door knock, phone call and flyer level. Now - now we're fighting a force that may cost us lives to defeat. It's appalling from every angle.
