దేవాలయాలలో నిర్వహించే కైంకర్యాలు జీవిత కాలానికి సంబంధించినవి. శారీరకంగా మానసికంగా శక్తి ఉన్నంత కాలం ఈ కార్యాలు నిర్వహించవచ్చు. ఇటువంటి దైవికమైన కార్యక్రమానికి లౌకికమైన ఉద్యోగం లాగా పదవీ విరమణ నిర్ణయించటం సరికాకపోవచ్చు.
దేవాలయాలలో నిర్వహించే కైంకర్యాలు జీవిత కాలానికి సంబంధించినవి. శారీరకంగా మానసికంగా శక్తి ఉన్నంత కాలం ఈ కార్యాలు నిర్వహించవచ్చు. ఇటువంటి దైవికమైన కార్యక్రమానికి లౌకికమైన ఉద్యోగం లాగా పదవీ విరమణ నిర్ణయించటం సరికాకపోవచ్చు.
పైపెచ్చు తిరుమలలోని అర్చకులు స్కేల్ ఆఫ్ పే పొందలేదు. అందుచేత వీరికి సంవత్సరం వచ్చే ఇంక్రిమెంట్లు ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగాల్లో ఉండే పదోన్నతులు పదవీ విరమణ తర్వాత వచ్చే సౌకర్యాలు ఉండవు. అటువంటి పరిస్థితులలో 65 ఏళ్ల కి పదవీవిరమణ చేయాలనడం సరికాదు.

Further priests of #Tirumala temple have not opted for a scale of pay with promotion benefits and are also not eligible for any post retirement benefits. That being the case without the benefits of regular employment it would be unfair to insist on their #retirement.
