1.بعد از اتحاد دو المان طبق توافقات طرفین اداره ای تاسیس شد به نام Treuhandanstalt که ترجمه تحت الفظیش میشه Trust Agency و به Treuhand مشهوره تو ادبیات سیاسی المان، توضیحاتی که میخونید از چندین منبع پراکنده تهیه شده که مهمترینش مقاله ای هست که با زحمت دوست عزیزی بدست من رسید.
2. قضیه اینه که تحت فشار های خارجی دولت المان شرقی مذاکراتی رو برای اتحاد با المان غربی شروع کرد، اینکه چطوری به این مرحله رسیدن رو مطرح نمیکنم چون از بحث منحرف میشیم،فرمول همیشگی، اقتصاد کمونیستی کار نمیکنه، مردم ناراضی میشن و شهید میدن تا امنیتی ها کوتاه بیان و مذاکره کنن
