Vor 2 Monaten bahnte sich bei mir eine leichte depressive Episode an.
Ich überschlug, welche auslösenden Faktoren ich beeinflussen kann und welche nicht und entschied, direkt zusätzlich etwas einzunehmen, damit es gar nicht erst richtig schlimm wird.

Weil ich neben diversen anderen Medikamenten auch SSRI und SNRI nicht vertrage, dachte ich, ich versuche es erstmal mit "leichteren" Alternativen.
