No, as #Astana agreement now in place and regime respecting it : when railway was under control, regime stopped all operations west : #Turkey, #Russia and #Iran already decided about all : regime has no words to say.
This is when you're too weak in your own land to decide. Regime opened the gate for this in september 2015 when, about to face more defeats, decided to give its soverignity to #Russia and #Iran. Note the same happened for rebels in 2016 when they decided to follow #Turkey.
#Syria'ns, from regime side or rebellion side, have no more words about what #Syria to become and what to happen : they're applying what the Troïka (#Moscow, #Tehran and #Ankara) is deciding. Those who don't understand that won't understand events ongoing and coming...

#SRO | HISTORY | DID YOU KNOW ? - #Assad loyalists resisted for months in a small medieval citadel and few houses in #Harem in 2012 ? Depiste four assaults betwn July 15 and December 25, 2012 (last and successful #FSA assault), one hundred loyalists resisted without any hope (1).
#SRO | HISTORY | DID YOU KNOW ? - When #FSA entered Harem town, near #Turkey | #Syria border, the local security branch and an army battalion refused to defect and decided to resist. In August 2012, the road to Harem was cut : the loyalist there were completely isolated (2).
#SRO | HISTORY | DID YOU KNOW ? - It took four assaults (biggest took place in October and December 25, 2012) for #FSA to take over Tarmiya area and the #Harem citadel. Dozens of loyalists were captured and delivered to regime in exchange of prisoners weeks after. (END).

#SRO | IMPORTANT - The work we're doing, #SRO (about all fighting groups in #Syria) with @Endemic22 (about #FSA and peaceful protest history) is an urgent and needed work : we're saving, for history, what happened in #Syria as #Fb, #Youtube and #Twitter deleting all events (1).

#SRO - One of the main actions led by nationalist #FSA, in its origins, was the Battle for #Atarib. Another #Syria rebellion historian and searcher, @Endemic22 already cover area and groups fighting there between February 2012 and July 2012 (1).
#SRO - This battle, led by Liwa Diri al-Thawra, and Liwa Shuhada al-Atarib, both are some of oldest N-#Syria #FSA brigades, both merged since this time in other groups, was the best exemple of a strong battle won only by #FSA without islamists or jihadis support (2).
#SRO - First Lieutenant Ahmad al-Faj, a local from #Atarib, was leading both groups in this battle that lasted from March 2012 (first clashes and skirmishes) to July 2012 : fall of the last regime stronghold (a police station turned into fortress) inside town (3).
