The Trump campaign was literally waging information warfare on Americans to get him elected. We saw it and felt the all-out assault. Whether from Russia or Israeli intel or both, Trump used propaganda to lie, distract, gaslight, demonize. It worked. And he's only gotten worse.
Interesting that Gates is the main guy seeking Israeli disinfo help. Manafort was king of manipulation/disinformation campaigns in Ukraine. And Manafort was ostensibly hired to corral Republicans. Did Manafort keep an eye on Russia's efforts while Gates looked for backup? #maddow

That Roberts has not referred the cases for investigation has caused concern in the legal community. If Kavanaugh is confirmed, the misconduct complaints against him may not become public and instead will be dismissed.

Kavanaugh had huge debt in 2006 [year he was confirmed as a federal judge] but somehow bought a $1.2M house with no decrease in his bank accounts then, inexplicably, his bank account got fatter in 2008-2009 with no discernible increase in income.

By raging he's being framed by a Clinton revenge plot conspiracy, Kavanaugh echoed Trump propagandists discrediting Mueller & Russia probe. That in itself is disqualifying from sitting on the Supreme Court. It also proves he won't be an impartial arbiter on those & other matters.
