A Tactical approach to a tactical communication strategy..!!

Wait I guess, this can be applied to a general human communication too.

Because if communication is screwed,
1. Whatever skill he or she has
2. Whoever he/she is

The full potential is NOT utilized.

Dear @ashleymayer
Title to your article seem like clickbait because the not having a communication strategy is NOT okay, right ?
I may be wrong, though but anyway

Another Point to be considered is :

Science was a part of Philosophy in ancient times. Not anymore, people don't much about the connection.

Why is there #Aptitude difference between multiple humans who lie in the same category as "trying to work smart" & trying hard?
Today I met a school time dear friend of mine, and had a long discussion. Felt like he's got a higher aptitude then mine..

So am not able to conclude.. The answer to above question hence posted..

(I guess, Probably Aptitude includes.. Prioritizing everything in life including family and conviction to do something)

I may be wrong

Just felt like, guidance is one factor

Welcome to #NATO 101. Lesson 1
"The mere lack of #military #power is, in itself, not enough to cause a nation to lose its position vis-à-vis other states. That only happens when the people lose their individual integrity and the country gradually loses its national #integrity...
#NATO 101, Lesson 2
"No-one wants to cooperate with a country that has lost its integrity. [Even when] other countries have dealt unreasonably... who would want to damage the amity extant between [us, just by] sticking up for a state that has no national #integrity to begin with?
#NATO 101, Lesson 3.
"Many countries haven’t lost their international #prestige merely because of #poverty and #weakness... natural #disaster and poor #geography are enough to make a country weak and poor, and that can move others to sympathy. But lack of #integrity?

1) Hard times are often blessings in disguise. Let go and let life strengthen you. No matter how much it hurts, hold your head up and keep going. This is an important lesson to remember when you’re having a rough day, a bad month, or a crappy year. Truth be told,
2) sometimes the hardest lessons to learn are the ones your spirit needs most. Your past was never a mistake if you learned from it. So take all the crazy experiences and lessons and place them in a box labeled “Thank You.''

How powerful could #ASI become? Note that when an AI gets better than a human at something it gets much, much, much better. (Also note the terrifying scenario of an AGI/ASI running 1:1 for office.) @MIRIBerkeley #sketchnotes
A favorite concept from the book is that “we already have something that does everything that humans can do, which is humans.” But the charming _bon mot_ is a disservice to the potential at-scale effects of ANI.
Eventually ANI may be able to do everything that humans can do, but do it faster, tirelessly, and cheaper than humans. We are going to have to get psych, civics, and law ahead of the potential displacement of humans. Some good news is that ANI will always need human partners.

Steven Pinker (@sapinker) comes out with an essay titled, no less, "The Stupidity of Dignity" (2008). This is how you get Trump elected & re-elected, this is how you get Brexit, this is how you get really bad blowback. Utterly, stupidly, unnecessarily.
newrepublic.com/article/64674/…
Having started off in fine fashion by trolling the opposition *without actually achieving much thru the trolling*, Pinker then gets into what we could call #AcademicStrut, the Declaration Of Ego, dressed up over-intellectually. Let's examine this part:
1/ @sapinker's well-known problems with philosophy show up badly here. For one thing, the crucial point is dignity is an *intersubjective* concept, a social one appealing to conscience & group effort. Not just 'subjective', as Pinker wants to damn it. A complex but vital point.

If you want to kill people, the most effective way to do this in the modern era (since gun laws and annoying people like the Police will make things awkward) is to persuade people to stop (or never start) a statin.

Over the long term, 1 in 10 will be killed by that choice.
You can even write books about it and make money.
And be seen as a crusader against a crooked medicogovernmental conspiracy.
The internet is a good place to operate, because most lay people can't distinguish scientific reasoning from pseudoscience, and because ...
