That isn't what's happening. At this point #Leave (left or right) don't need to convince people of anything, they don't need to win debates.
All they need to do to win is to stop #Remain from reaching people and the tactics they are using are designed to do that.

So, we're losing the supreme court, likely for a generation, barring something that verges on revolutionary such as impeachment of tainted justice(s) or adding more seats.

If we get a court that will overturn Roe vs. Wade, we need laws that protect the right to reproductive choice nationwide.

The conservative puppet court might want to overturn those laws, but it can't reach out unilaterally and do it. Cases have to proceed through the legal system, which takes time and money.
