2/Notice how much city taxes have gone up in last 20 yrs. last 10 yrs in particular. The school tax have gone up, but at at slower clip. This slower growth results in smaller base on which to increase local revenue in ‘18
3/now let’s look at smaller suburbs nearby. Like Montclair (smallish city), & Maplewood, small town w few businesses to pay taxes. Some diversity but not as much as JC, and more homogenous wealth than JC (which has disparate wealth ie very wealthy & very poor)

2/As per the roadmap, only 2 of the 5 countries targeted in Africa are considered to be corridors (Cash-in). That would be Tanzania and Kenya. The other three are (Cash-out): Algeria, Tunisia, Ugansa. Now pay attention to who they are Cashing out to.(Keep Rwanda in mind too)

On Monday, I had worked out a plan. We would get all our stuff done early the next day and then we would order pizza and stay in the hotel Tuesday night. I was thrilled because the season premiere of my 2d favorite TV show, JAG, was to be 9/11/01.
We were on vacation when my grandma passed, so we were allowed to stay up late. I was 13. I think I stayed up until at least midnight reading.

First, though, a disclaimer: I haven't held a security clearance in years, and my own clearance was strictly low-level. I'm not passing myself off as an expert here, but I am at least informed.
