I am from Odisha. I heard PM Modi today's speech in #cuttack but sadly, it was nothing more than a beautiful garland of lies. So I think it will be appropriate to put facts in public domain so that people on there own may decide who is right and who is not.

The piece runs thusly (via Google Translate) - and it conflates the abuse-reporting mechanism with the "Franking" mechanism that "Secret Conversations" uses, and which (a) @matthew_d_green helped design and (b) is fully documented.
