1/In a session at #TCT2018 I saw a case of LAD atherectomy in a patient with open RCA/LCX, normal EF, and no valvular disease. Hemodynamic support was used. The stated rationale was that the patient was a complex patient with comorbidities. #CHIP

You can say the percentage of growth is up for this quarter, but it's irrelevant when wages are stagnant and the permanent tax cuts for corporations were not passed on to workers. What was passed on was higher #healthcare premiums and workfare for parents of #disabled kids.

I'm one of a few million Americans awake when we should be sleeping because of the pain of #cancer or some other chronic illness.

In 2002, our 6-month-old son, Zach, received a terrifying diagnosis. After a few months of unexplained wheezing and difficulty breathing, he was finally diagnosed with a rare cardiothoracic disorder that required open-heart surgery. 2/12
